This workshop will include working with and understanding the 7 main chakras starting with the Root and ending with the Crown. Each workshop will introduce one chakra at a time. We will learn how to clear each energetic point within our bodies using the modality of sound- bowl- healing, allowing us to come back to our true roots. We will run through what energy clearing is and what tools can be used to integrate this knowledge to take home with you, allowing you to continue on the path of clearing yourself outside of this workshop. One individual coming home to themselves helps create a collective healing that our Mother Earth is calling for in this new age of sovereignty and light.

A yoga mat or yoga cushion
Comfortable clothing
Water and a snack to ground yourself back into your body.
