Introduction to Meditation

Meditation is a powerful tool that can lead to significant changes in your life. This class is specifically targeted to those who find meditation too daunting to attempt or too frustrating to continue to practice. In tonight’s class we will be reviewing physical posture, breath techniques and fun ways to quiet the mind chatter and sharpen our focus. Learning the practice of focus and “ease of being” in a daily practice is the pinnacle starting point in creating the life you’ve always wanted. Knowing these principles will be a great advantage in the next class, “Keys to Manifesting”.
