Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a deep meditation called "Yogic Sleep" that is based on the teachings of Paramahansa Satyanada Saraswati. It differs from other meditations as it is practiced in a lying position and the attention is focused on different dynamic objects. This is easier for the mind as it is always in movement. You will be guided through the different levels of Yoga Nidra such as focused breathing, affirmations, awareness of the body, etc. where you will enter Deep Sleep, yet will remain awake, to experience a total state of physical, emotional and mental relaxation.

The benefits from practicing Yoga Nidra are:

  • you transform your unwanted habitual patterns, constrictions and self-limiting judgements into wanted patterns in life, independence and self-nurturing thoughts
