Workshop: Introduction to Crystal Healing

Crystals have been used since ancient times for many different purposes, such as storing information in technological devices, healing and meditation.

In this workshop we will explore the qualities, purposes and uses for a wide variety of crystals. This will be presented in the form of an informative section as well as hands-on experience.

In this fun and interactive workshop we will:

  • learn how to choose the ‘right’ crystal for yourself and others;

  • explore communicating with crystals;

  • discover hands-on-healing with crystals

  • have the direct experience of the benefit of meditating with crystals

Everyone is welcome, no previous knowledge required.
