Conscious intention setting.
 Relax into a guided meditation designed to gently open your heart.
Transition to a guided oracle card reading (You’ll be guided each step).
Journal any insights.

***No experience necessary; contraindications include heart conditions and MAOI type antidepressants. However cacao facilitators have reported no issues. Contraindicators are here to help guide you based on your personal cicumstances***

Tracy has spent her life exploring yoga, meditation, intuition, and the intricate connection between mind and body. Her journey has taken her around the world, where she has studied with various teachers, completing multiple trainings in yoga, meditation, and energy healing.

Tracy deeply trusts in the body's capacity for healing when supported by a life of balance and love. Meditation has deeply contributed to her insights and understanding of how much the body and mind can guide us on our journey in this life. Her goal is to help others live more intentionally, aligned with their true selves, and more connected with their body. In this way we align ourselves with your hearts.
