Step into your body, release what no longer serves you, and flow freely with your energy. This session blends somatic movement and ecstatic dance, guiding you through a transformative journey of mindful embodiment and expressive release.
What to Expect
Gong Bath Opening
Begin in stillness as the gong bath clears stagnant energy and sets intention for your practice.
Somatic Movement
Move mindfully, listening to your body’s sensations. Gentle stretches, sways, and flowing movements help you reconnect with your physical and energetic self.
Ecstatic Dance
Transition into free, expressive dance. Spin, shake, sway, stomp, or flow however your body desires. This is your time to release, celebrate, and awaken your higher self!
Integration & Reflection
Cool down with gentle movements, grounding, and a moment to reflect on your experience. Leave feeling lighter, empowered, and energized.
